The Team

The OLIM team is results-oriented professionals, with over 25 years experience in serving the public. Combined, the team has demonstrated expertise in: project development and implementation processes; economic and community development initiatives; diversity and supply chain management; private/public procurement and contract systems; global strategic business development; risk management; marketing strategic planning; construction management; over 15 years of commercial lending and underwriting experience with the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loan Program, and with other economic development financing platforms.

Accomplishments

Over the past five years, the team has assisted businesses in transacting approximately $4 billion in contracting, bonding, and financing transactions for minority-owned enterprises (MBEs), which impacted approximately 800 new jobs and 1,000 in jobs retention.
